Asha Resins Limited is a leading manufacturer of Ion Exchange Resins and Water Treatment Chemicals under the registered brand ASHAION®, with a strong domestic and international presence. We cater to clients across sectors like sugar mills, water treatment OEMs, pharma, and process industries.

We are now expanding aggressively in North India and are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to lead customer acquisition and revenue generation in the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expansion:
  2. Identify and acquire new clients in the Delhi NCR region, focusing on OEMs, traders, and industries in water treatment, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and other related sectors.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, timely support, and improved customer satisfaction.
  5. Sales Execution:
  6. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, enquiry handling, quotation, negotiation, follow-ups, to order closing.
  7. Field Visits & Site Meetings:
  8. Conduct field visits across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, etc., to meet prospects, understand customer requirements, and offer suitable product solutions.
  9. Reporting & Coordination:
  10. Update CRM/ERP systems with lead and sales activity. Coordinate with the internal sales support team, technical team, and dispatch/logistics team to ensure smooth order execution.
  11. Product Understanding:
  12. Develop deep knowledge of ASHAION® resin grades, applications, and competitive advantages. Provide basic technical guidance to customers, backed by the central technical team.
  13. Target Achievement:
  14. Meet monthly sales and collection targets defined by the management. Provide weekly reports and forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business. Diploma holders with strong sales experience in water treatment may also apply.
  2. 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in Water Treatment, Chemicals, Pumps/Valves, or Industrial Productspreferred.
  3. Strong local network and familiarity with the Delhi NCR industrial zones.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Comfortable with field work and frequent travel within the region.
  6. Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
