Asha Resins Limited, established in 1996, is a leading manufacturer of Ion Exchange Resins and Water Treatment Chemicals under the registered brand ASHAION®. With a rapidly expanding footprint in India and overseas, we serve clients across sectors such as sugar mills, pharmaceuticals, WTP/ETP OEMs, and water treatment component traders.

To strengthen our presence in Gujarat, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad to drive sales across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development in Gujarat:
  2. Identify and acquire new customers across Gujarat, especially in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, and surrounding industrial areas. Focus on OEMs, industrial end users, and water treatment chemical resellers.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
  4. Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and channel partners. Regularly follow up for repeat orders, feedback, and service support.
  5. Lead Management & Conversion:
  6. Handle inbound and outbound leads, prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close orders independently.
  7. Field Sales Visits:
  8. Actively conduct field visits, plant audits, and customer meetings across Gujarat to assess needs and promote ASHAION® resins and chemical solutions.
  9. Coordination with Back Office:
  10. Collaborate with the internal team for timely quotation preparation, dispatch, logistics tracking, and post-sale service.
  11. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:
  12. Maintain CRM/ERP records, submit weekly visit reports, and ensure achievement of monthly revenue and collection targets.
  13. Market Intelligence:
  14. Stay updated on competitor activity, market pricing, and upcoming tenders or opportunities in the Gujarat water treatment segment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Business. Candidates with a diploma and relevant experience will also be considered.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in water treatment chemicals, resins, pumps/valves, or industrial consumables.
  3. Strong network and familiarity with Gujarat’s industrial clusters.
  4. Willingness to travel extensively across the state.
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  6. Basic ERP/CRM understanding is a plus.
